- Race Day Packet Pick Up - October 31, 2026 - 7:00am - 8:15am
- Early Packet Pick-up - Thursday/Friday October 29th & 30th and on the morning of the race 7:15am - 8:15am
- Parking located at the Y Parking lot at 7070 S. Rural Rd., Tempe
- Race Shirts will be given out while supplies last. Day of race registration will be open until 8:00am. Those who pre-registered will get first opportunities to the t-shirts. Day-of registration will close 15 minutes prior to the start of the event
- The race will start promptly at 8:30am.
- If you are running/walking with a stroller or dog, please start at the back of the group during the start of the race
- Post-Race, there will be bagels, fruit, and refreshments provided. Stick around for the awards after the race!

Course:
The Race Route will be along the canal bike path just north of the Y. The Path will be well marked, and filled with volunteers to point you in the right direction. This race is, essentially two different down & backs. This is a flat race route. Please note, the bike paths are not closed for this event. Please be aware of other runners/bikers along the path during the race, and we encourage you to stay on the right side of the path.
There will be 1 water station along the route that can be hit at three different times during the race, near the bridge at Ken Macdonald’s Club House.
All proceeds from our 8th Annual Spooky Sprint 5K goes to help send kids to camp! We don’t turn anyone away for the inability to pay. Donations will also be accepted at race day of or you can make an additional donation here:
